We're Hannah & Steph, owners of Salis Co.
We've been friends for 20 years! We've only just calculated that and wow, now we feel really old.
We met at a small cafe in our hometown of Torquay, where over a lot of coffee, wine and Pilates classes we cemented our friendship.
Fast forward all those years and throw in a wedding, children, home building, renovating, pets and other business ventures, we decided to go into business together!
We've both always shared a love for health and fitness and you'll generally find us out walking, at a Pilates class, or on the spin bike amongst juggling our everyday lives.
Salis Co for us was a way to meld everything that we love together. Each of the products has been developed and formulated to keep up with our active lives and enhance our training and recovery routine.
Ingredients were super important to us, and having an all-natural cruelty free range that made you feel like you were at a spa every time you used then was a priority. We also wanted everything to look super pretty on our vanities...
We personally use these products in our everyday lives in so many different ways.
Hannah (pictured left) likes to use the spray for:
- Quads and ITB after being on the bike, which helps prevent tightness and lower back pain - especially when getting back into her workout routine post baby
- On her traps and shoulders from being hunched over breastfeeding and on the computer
- Once a week she has a bath as a complete reset and soak to be ready for the week ahead.
Steph (pictured right), mainly only uses the spray as she hasn't finished renovating her house and has not yet installed a bath! But the main areas she loves the spray for are:
- Traps and shoulders from tensing her neck whilst sitting in front of the computer at work
- Lower back tightness
- Quads and hamstring tightness
- Stomach for digestion/period aches
