After hard days on the job site the muscle recovery spray is my go to. I generally apply it after a shower, before bed.
The travel size is a great one to keep in the glove box of the Ute for those long days where I’ve been working long distances from home.
It’s a relaxing and great way to finish the day and also helps me get up and go for the next.

This spray has such a nice texture and feel on my skin. The bath salts are great too and so handy to take away for a relaxing bath!

As a big bath person, I’ve tried all the things and the Salis Co bath soak stacks up. It has a beautiful peppermint scent and along with the benefits of magnesium for muscle recovery, it leaves you skin feeling fresh and supple. The packing looks super cute in any bathroom. And all round great product!

The smell is INSANLY GOOD! Super refreshing and light but it actually works. I’ve just started cycling again and it’s helping ease the recovery for my legs. First couple of times it was a bit tingly, but once I’d build my magnesium levels up I don’t even get as stiff or as sore after a 50km ride.

I ordered some recovery spray after getting back in to the gym after having my second baby and feeling sore and stiff. I now use it most days twice a day. I love the convenience of it and prefer using magnesium this way knowing my body will absorb what it needs. It is very refreshing and also smells great. Will be ordering again!

Hi guys, I tried my magnesium bath soak for the first time after being incredibly sore from the gym. I could barely walk but woke up the next day feeling soooo much better! I couldn't believe the improvement. It also smells amazing which is an added bonus

Loved the product. Found that my muscles and fatigue levels were really receptive to the soak in particular. Alleviated all the general soreness and aches off the back of games and training sessions with the added benefit of aiding my sleep and helping with the recovery process. Will definatley use it in the future!
